Vac Packing

Vacuum pouches can add a different dimension to sending out promotional material.

Vacuum pouches can be used to protect and preserve the freshness of food and are also used to keep other non-food products (e.g. medical and pharmaceutical items) sterile and to prevent oxidation. 

However, vac packing offers a different dimension to design and shipping of promotional materials. Debossed logos, shapes and effects can be shown through a vac packed item adding to the overall effect.

To achieve a fantastic vacuum packed mailer, we use a heavy duty laminate, either in a shiny silver or a clear laminate.  Any print required on this stock can be either screen or flexo printed, to achieve the best effects flood coating the laminate with a spot colour can provide and eye-catching and dramatic effect.
