Screen Print
Screenprinting, silkscreening or serigraphy is a printmaking technique that creates a sharp-edged image using a stencil.

A great process for short run projects that will allow for quick turnarounds where stock availability is good. On any mailers produced using this method there is always a requirement for a 5mm unprinted border throughout.
During the print process, only one colour can be fed at any one time so we use only the best printers to avoid registration issues. On occasions where solid or block colours are used small spots may be visible on the final piece due to suction from the vacuum bed on the machine.
It is currently popular both in fine art reproduction and in commercial printing where it is more commonly used to print images onto T-shirts, CDs, DVDs, ceramics, glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, paper, metals, and wood. Since screen-printing materials are affordable and readily available, it is now used frequently on movie posters, record album covers, flyers, commercial fonts in advertising to name but a few.
