Menu Covers

These unique menu covers for PBR Leisure Limited are designed to resemble a vinyl record, whilst protecting and presenting an easily replaceable paper menu booklet.  The PVC outer was printed in 3 colours and embossed for each of three different restaurant / bar brands - each one perfectly representing the individual brand, but retaining the overall design.Please click the image below to view the full product gallery.

 

Emergency Release Folder

Highly bespoke document pouch for Ernst & Young prodced using yellow expanded PVC with black screen printing and press studs. A simple yet effective and eye-catching folder.

Rolls Royce Folder

Rolls Royce required a complete turn-key modular solution to assist communicating their strong offering at recruitment fairs. We produced 8000 carrier bags, 60 desk stands and 210 polyprop boxes to hold specialist company media.

Panache Folder

Oversized A4, black expanded touch PVC ringbinder with board to stiffen and a white screen print to the face.

Harvey Nichols Menu Folder

PVC menu folder produced for Harvey Nichols. This delicately finished folder was produced with a very ornate emboss to both the front and back.

E-Florist Folder

Beautiful and simplistic paper over board ring binders, printed 4 colour process to outer and 1 colour to inner.  Gloss laminated for protection before being wrapped around board. They were supplied with collated sets of gloss laminated dividers and year planners with punched holes. Vodafone Cricket Folder

Our brief was to find materials and make a folder to replicate the surface of a cricket ball. We used a mottled red leather-effect material, hand-stitched the cover with yellow thread, and embossed the logo.

Pickle Jewellery Folder

Pickle folder made from expanded PVC over board ring binder.  Embossed face, with pocket to inside front cover.

XBox Folder

A premium ring binder in bonded leather. Embossed using 5 different dies on the outer, foil blocked twice to outer cover and finished with a digital printed resin badge. 2 press studs to close. Digital print on inner. Please click on the image to view the gallery.

Blackberry Folder

‘Soft touch’ board with matt block foiling. Supplied with 3 different translucent, screen printed paper envelopes and various litho printed leaflets. Leaflets folded and packed into correct envelopes with promotional items.
 

B&Q Training Folder

This training folder was made using a combination of PVC and polypropylene. The black polypropylene box can hold either a book or a piece of custom foam to cushion products. The ring mechanism holds A4 sheets so that when the product is folded back on itself and clipped together using the press-studs, it sits on a desk to be used as a presenter.

Urban Golf Folder

Stunning effects can be achieved using metal products, as shown with this aluminium/ polypropylene binder. It was laser etched in two positions to create a modern looking folder.  This material can also be  screen printed and embossed.
